刘红恩,男,博士,教授,博士生导师,毕业于华中农业大学,美国德克萨斯理工大学访问学者。农业农村部神农青年英才,河南省耕地保育产业技术体系首席专家,河南省青年科技奖暨河南省优秀青年科技专家,河南省青年骨干教师
